Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Caudal (“the Platform”), operated by JAMAK Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Caudal is a treasury management platform that provides tools for vendor payment management, invoice tracking, approval workflows, cash flow forecasting, and bank reconciliation. The Platform is designed for businesses operating in Mexico and Latin America.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Caudal offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually in Mexican Pesos (MXN). All plans include a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the financial data you upload to the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the services described herein and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate money laundering
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization

7. Financial Disclaimer

Caudal is a tool for managing treasury operations. It does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or accounting services. Cash flow projections and analytics are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for financial and tax matters.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to BIND, QuickBooks, and banking institutions via SPEI/STP. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caudal and JAMAK Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
